Kendall Quisenberry
President
Kendall Quisenberry has been in healthcare financial consulting for over 18 years and has been President of our firm since 1999. He has experience in virtually all aspects of healthcare finance and the Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting process. Prior to entering the consulting field, Kendall handled acquisitions at the home office of a for-profit chain, reimbursement issues at the large teaching facility and field audits of hospitals at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.
Kendall graduated from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a concentration in Information Systems.
Kendall is also active in numerous political, industry, and church groups. He has been member of the Congressional Business Commission, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Health Lawyers Association, and Christ United Methodist Church, Plano, Texas. At CUMC, he is a commissioned Stephen Minister and has served in a leadership role in capital fundraising efforts.
June Hansen
Senior Manager
June is a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) and has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. She joined our firm as a Senior Consultant in 2007. She was elevated to a Manager in 2008 and a Senior Manager position in 2009. June gained extensive experience in accounting, auditing and reimbursement through her work at several national healthcare providers over a span of 15 years. She has also previously served in several key positions within the Medicare Audit and Reimbursement Division at TrailBlazer Health Enterprises, one of the nation’s largest Medicare Fiscal Intermediaries.

Bart McBurney
Director of Business Development
Bart McBurney has been a key contributor for our firm for over 10 years. He has prepared Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, reopenings and appeals, while also leading the firm’s development efforts. He has played a key role in developing relationships with hospitals throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Georgia, Colorado, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Missouri, New York, and Maine. Prior to joining our firm, Bart served in key positions with several healthcare companies, including Mutual of Omaha and Insurdata, Inc. At Insurdata, Inc., he was responsible for the development and maintenance of a database that contained healthcare information for the State of Arkansas’ employees and public school personnel.
Bart is a graduate of Baylor University with a B.B.A in Marketing/Management from the Hankamer School of Business.
