Kendall Quisenberry

Kendall Quisenberry has been in healthcare reimbursement for over 32 years and has been President of our firm since 1999. He has experience in all aspects of healthcare finance and the Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting process.  For the past 24 years, he has focused his practice on helping clients with a wide range of reimbursement issues, including preparing Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and amending, reopening and/or appealing previously prepared Medicare/Medicaid cost reports.

Prior to entering the consulting field, Kendall handled acquisitions at the home office of a for-profit chain, reimbursement issues at the large teaching facility and field audits of hospitals at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

Kendall graduated from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a concentration in Information Systems.

Kendall is also active in numerous political, industry, and church groups.  He and his company have supported the Texas Organization of Rural and Community Hospitals (“TORCH”) and the Rural Health Association of Oklahoma (“RHAO”).  He has also been a member of the Congressional Business Commission, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Health Lawyers Association, and Christ United Methodist Church, Plano, Texas. At CUMC, he has served as a commissioned Stephen Minister, and Adult and Children’s Sunday School Teacher and a leader in capital fundraising efforts.  He has also served in numerous roles, including President, for the Frisco Liberty High School Quarterback Club.
